The research includes a study of the legal frameworks of the political financing process in Algeria, through an analytical and interpretative approach through an analytical and interpretative approach through which we study the sources of political parties funding and candidates for elections, expenditure on political activity and electoral campaigns, and legal frameworks that highlight the principle of transparency on the funding process, as well as the penal provisions resulting from the actions of funding and expenditure stipulated in the laws systems, the most important of which are: the law on political parties, the electoral system and the law to prevent and fight corruption, then present a reform vision that includes two components; Legislative and practical paths.
