The error is one of its most important problems because the doctor seeks to treat the patient, and this is what made the doctor's failure to be held accountable, but the increase in medical errors has become necessary to hold the doctor accountable, and the field of medical damage has developed due to prejudice.

With tissues and the responsibility of the doctor is governed by the law of medical ethics, the health law, and general rules in the civil law, and the legislator did not interfere with special provisions as the French legislator did.
