The study aimed to know the contribution of crisis management strategies to raising the outstanding performance of employees in sports institutions, and the problem of the subject was identified by posing the problem in the essential question: What is the contribution of crisis management strategies to raising the outstanding performance of employees in sports institutions? The sample of the study was represented by the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila, and the descriptive approach was used, using a questionnaire addressed to the employees of the Directorate.

The results of the study came that the human element that manages the strategies of crisis management contributes to raising the outstanding performance of employees.

The strategies adopted in crisis management contribute to raising the outstanding performance of employees in sports institutions.
