تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر أبعاد التكوين في تنمية الموارد البشرية، في ضوء متغيرات تتعلق بتحديد الاحتياجات التكوينية، طرق التكوين، و أدوات تقييم البرامج التكوينية، و مدى ارتباط ذلك بتنمية الموارد البشرية، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي بتصميم استبيان وزع بعد تحكيمه على عينة من 30 إداريا اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من العاملين بمديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية المسيلة.
تم التوصل إلى وجود تأثير لأبعاد التكوين في تنمية الموارد البشرية
Abstract EN
The study aims to know the impact of training dimensions on human resource development, in light of changes related to the identification of training needs, training methods and tools and evaluation of training programs, and the extent to which this is related to human resources developmen, the study was based on the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed and distributed after arbitration to a sample of 30 Administrators selected in a random and simple way, It was found that there is an effect of training dimensions in the development of human resources
