God almighty has favored man and his generosity over all other creatures with reason that he created for him a spouse of his own kind to dwell in and made affection and mercy between them through a thick and sacred covenant that is marriage, as the almighty said:" and of his signs is that he created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and he placed between you affection and mercy.

indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought." Ar-rum 21.

marriage requires a great deal of emotional harmony, which developed by affection, compatibility and positive communication in an appropriate manner.

sometimes the spouses may choose to continue the relationship despite the many problems and incompatibility, so the relationship continues without passion and affection at the expense of the happiness of the spouses, to fall within another type of divorce, which is what known as emotional divorce.

the paper came to clarify the problem of relational (communicative) between the spouses and its implications that do not appear publicly because of the concerns of life known as emotional divorce (emotional separation), and to explain the causes, and how to intervene to avoid them.
