as a phenomenon that has become a concern of many researchers in the field of political science, especially the stage of evaluating public policies that have become the focus of discussion for many politicians, citizens, policy analysts and others.

through the foregoing, we address the relationship of public policy evaluation with the governance of public policies in Algeria, and the most prominent obstacles that stand in the way of activating governance.
