Abstract EN

The aim of our study to highlight the extent to improve the performance of the salesman contributes to strengthening the competitive position of the Algerian textiles corporation, so we used the descriptive and analutical approach and we used to collect information on the questionnaire and relied in our analysis on statistical packages for the social science (spss), And after analyzing the results, wecon cluded that there is acorrelation between methods of improving the performance of the salesman, and strengthning the competitive position of the identification of the approprate strategy.
