Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the role of e-recruitment in attracting talent in the SSF in Djelfa.

the study was applied to a sample of 63 employees.

this study used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information and data, and the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information and data, and the questionnaire waz randomly distributed to various employees of the SSF in Djelfa, in defferent organizational levels, the (SPSS) was used to analyze the form data, and the study reached a result: it was found that there is a positive statistical significant effect relationship at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between e-recruitment and talent attraction among workers in the SSF in Djelfa.
