The research aimed to reveal the effect of the positive psychological capital dimensions on the level of occupational stress among married women working under the corona pandemic.

the research sample consisted of 80 married women working in Naftal company.

the research used the scale of positive psychological capital and the occupational stress scale.

the results indicated existence of a statistically significant inverse correlation between occupational stress and the dimensions of positive psychological capital, and a predictive ability of the positive psychological capital by 36.9in the emergence of occupational stress among a married woman working.
