This study aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness of the board in terms of structure and its reflection on the quality of performance of university institutions, through familiarity with the concept of quality performance and the relationship of university governance with that, where the composition of the board and the role of its organizational structure in raising the efficiency of university performance was discussed.
