تعتبر مقاربة الحكامة بمثابة الآلية المعدلة لصياغة علاقات التبادل بين مختلف الفواعل المجتمعية، في ارتباطاتها المتشعبة و الهادفة الى ترسيخ المشاركة بمختلف مستوياتها باعتبارها أكثر مرونة و ديمقراطية للتعامل مع المشاكل العامة، مما يفرز سياسات جديدة تتكيف مع الاحتياجات التنموية المحلية، لهذا عملت المغرب على اعطاء أهمية كبرى للحكامة وتوظيفها لتحقيق تنمية محلية بها.
تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على دور الشركاء الجدد من منظور الحكامة في تحقيق تنمية محلية بالمغرب، من خلال التطرق لدور كل شريك على حدا، و التطرق لأهم العراقيل التي تواجهه في أدائه التنموي
Abstract EN
The approach to governance is considered to be a modified mechanism for the formulation of mutual relations between different actors in society, in its complex links aimed at strengthening participation at all levels, as it is more flexible and democratic in dealing with public problems.
This study attempts to highlight the role of new partners from the point of view of governance in achieving local development in Morocco, by addressing the role of each partner to an extent, and the main obstacles to its development performance.
