Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the skills management and its role in improving organizational performance in Algerian public institutions case study of the hospital institution Ashour Zayan-Ouled Djalall-, and by addressing the definition and types of skills and levels, and then identify the concept of the skills management, as well as stages of conduct, in addition to addressing the organizational performance through the concept and its properties, and explain its types, sources and limitations, finally was discussed the relationship between skills management and organizational performance.

the study concluded that the skills management has a role in achieving organizational performance in the hospital institution Ashour Zayan-Ouled Djalall-, by identifying skills, and developing and then evaluating those skills, and one of the most important suggestions made by this study is that the institution should provide the appropriate conditions and the appropriate climate in which these skills can demonstrate all their capabilities.
