Syndrome de burn-out et empathie chez les psychologues cliniciens praticiens dans les établissements publics intervenant pendant la crise sanitaire covid-19

L'objectif de cette recherche consiste à évaluer le degré du burn-out chez les psychologues cliniciens praticiens travaillant dans le secteur public, et d'explorer l'impact de la Covid-19 sur leur état psychologique.

Cette étude a concerné 32 psychologues cliniciens praticiens exerçant dans différents lieux de recherche: CHU de Bejaia, EPH d'Akbou, EPH de Kharrata, EPSP de Tazmalt, EPH de M'chedallah, CHU D'Alger et CHU de Tizi-Ouzou.

Pour atteindre les objectifs de cette recherche, nous avons utilisé un entretien de type semi-directif, l'échelle du MBI et quelques items du questionnaire EQ d'empathie.

Nos résultats ont montré que 59.

37% des psychologues cliniciens praticiens présentent un épuisement émotionnel élevé et que l'empathie de la majorité de nos cas a été impactée par la crise sanitaire Covid-19.

Cet état des lieux nécessite de tirer la sonnette d'alarme en vue d'une prise en charge immédiate car ces professionnels sont censés apporter soutien et réconfort.

The objective of this research is to evaluate the degree of burn-out among practicing clinical psychologists working in the public sector, and to explore the impact of Covid-19 on the psychological state of our subjects.

This study involved 32 practicing clinical psychologists working in different research locations: CHU of Bejaia, EPH of Akbou and EPH of Kharrata, EPSP of Tazmalt, EPH of M'chedallah, CHU of Alger and CHU of Tizi-Ouzou.
