The use of the artificial intelligence techniques in e-commerce leads to the emergence of new forms of the commercial mediation taken by the smart electronic systems, allow to complete the business processes in self and independent contained which opened a wide jurisprudential debate how to adapt its intervention in trade relations legally, reached the claim to be considered as a new legal person added to natural and moral persons.

in this light, the present study aiming to identify this entity concept and to detect its various aspects as a new one in technical and legal terms, all for creating a clear picture about it, may facilitate its regulation legally, which confers more trust in dealing through it.

a major result has been reached stating that the artificial intelligence techniques bring a new legal creator in the virtual world.

the law, although has regulated the contractual provisions through it, but it didn't recognize it as a third legal person yet.
