Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the importance of the principles of total quality management in achieving competitive advantage in the Zenata wages corporation in the state of Tlemcen Al-Ramshi, to achieve this goal, several approaches were used to clarify the relationship between the study variables, including : the descriptive analytical approach, and the statistical approach in proportion to the nature the subject being studied, where 50 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample members of the various functional levels in the institution, and several statistical methods were used, including : Cronbach alpha, coefficient, frequencies and percentages, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation.

the study reached the most important results : there is a strong positive correlation between the principles of total quality management and competitive advantage, the study also recommended the need for employees to participate in decision-making in order to improve performance, which increases the quality of production.
