We will try through this study, as evidenced by its title, to study the extent to which the rules of international responsibility apply to the violation of public freedoms.

we were exposed to highlighting the rule prohibiting infringement of public liberties, and then dropping it on the meaning of international responsibility according to the modern concept of it, taking into account the theoretical justifications for establishing international responsibility in the field of public freedoms.
