opening the door to this term most commonly used today in economic life, by offering adequate explanations about its content and most important characteristics and its relationship to development and sustainable development.

in the past, money was a unit of fuel for industrial societies, but today, in the era of revolution and technological development, and in the era of information and communication societies, knowledge and wisdom are the fuel for the sovereignty and future of states.

whoever possesses knowledge will always be at the fore, leadership and dominance, and whoever does not possess knowledge will inevitably be at the rear.

the development industry in the world will not be feasible and real unless knowledge pushes it in its purely economic aspect.
