This study aims to examine the cases of joint liability in the joint-stock company, which constitute an exception to the principle of determining liability upon which the joint-stock company is based.

according to a critical analytical approach to the legal texts regulating the provisions of the joint stock company.

the study concluded that despite the Algerian legislator's endeavor to establish special rules for this responsibility to protect others and partners and in general to protect public savings, this endeavor needs further revisions.
