legislator has decided on initial penalties and additional penalties for perpetrators of public procurement offences.

the initial penalties range from imprisonment for two years (02) to twenty years (20) and a fine ranging from 200, 000 to 2.000, 000 da, with the possibility of dissolution of the legal entity or closure of the establishment or from one of its branches.

additional penalties are also provided, the most important of which are imprisonment, deprivation of the exercise of national, civil and family rights, exclusion from public transactions, publication or suspension of a judgment or sentencing decision, and other sentences that we discuss in this research.
