Abstract EN

This paper aims at revealing the presence of heritage in the Algerian stage.

through the Abdelkader Alloua; s play El adjouad that deas with the portrayal of the lower popular classes, and the role of our heritage in providing the Algerian stage with beautiful expression, besides the use of some ancient forms such as El Gaoual who could be called a narator in our days, and EL halqa which means a circle, to refer to our identity, facing the other who tries endlessly to marginalize it.

The stage is known by relaying on the audience responding to hid needs and interests, besides the capability it of revealing the unvoiced feeling in social memory, so as to create an appropriate atmosphere for a new Algerian stage.
