English Abstract
The structure and distribution of laticifers canals in five plant species (Euphorbia helioscopia, Ficus carica, Lactuca indica, Calotropis procera (Ashr) and Eriobotryia japonica) within the families Euphorbiaceae, Moraceae, Asteraceae, Apocynaceae and Osaceae respectively were investigated; the anatomical study of the vegetative organs (petioles, blades and stems) using transvers and longitudinal sections by using both paraffin and plastic methods have been done.
The comparative anatomical researches showed the presence of laticifers canals in all vegetative organs being well represented in certain paranchymatous tissues (cortex and pith).
The latisifers canals of variable types or patterns and detail laticifers canals distribution area were investigated.
