This study aims to know the extent to which ALFAPIPE-Annaba foundation practices knowledge management processes (acquisition, storage, distribution and application of knowledge) and its impact on improving performance, and to achieve this purpose a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to random sample of 35 employees, and 30 study able questionnaire were processed using SPSS v23.

the most important results of this study that improving the performance of ALFAPIPE is positively and statistically affected by knowledge management processes, and that the process of applying knowledge has a greater impact than the rest of the processes, so the study recommended the need for the institution to pay attention to the rest of the processes.
