تسعى الإدارة المالية الحديثة إلى التركيز على هدف تعظيم ثروة المساهمين من خلال توجيه القرارات المالية لخدمة هذا الهدف.
لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير قرار الاستثمار على تعظيم ثروة المساهمين ل 46 شركة مدرجة في مؤشر Nasdaq 100 الأمريكي خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2009 إلى 2020 باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد بالاعتماد على طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لكل من قرار الاستثمار والسعر السوقي للسهم على القيمة السوقية المضافة، في حين هناك تأثير سلبي للتمويل عن طريق القروض على القيمة السوقية المضافة، أما نسبة السيولة فلا يوجد تأثير، وعليه فقرار الاستثمار يدعم هدف تعظيم ثروة المساهمين.
Abstract EN
Financial management seeks to focus on the goal of maximizing the wealth of shareholders by directing financial decisions to serve this objective.
therefore, this study aims to know the impact of the investment decision on maximizing the shareholders' wealth for 46 companies listed in the US Nasdaq 100 index during the period 2009 and 2020 using a multiple linear regression model based on the method of ordinary least squares OLS.
the study concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of both the investment decision and the market price of the stock on the market value added MVA, while there is a negative impact of financing through loans on the added market value.
however, the liquidity ratio, have no effect; therefore, the investment decision supports the goal of maximizing the wealth of shareholders.
