Renewable energies are energy that is derived from nature, constantly renewed, non-polluting, and conducive to the dimensions of sustainable development the focus of this study is on the role of renewable energies in achieving the economic dimension of sustainable development, by ensuring energy supplies for future generations, providing jobs, securing energy for remote areas, reduce demand pressure on traditional energies and reduce impacts, and environmental costs.

therefore, interest in developing and integrating renewable energies within the energy mix has become a priority for most countries, including Algeria, in this context, the Algerian government has adopted a strategy centered around valuing inexhaustible resources such as solar resources and using them to diversify energy sources and enter the era of new sustainable energy.
