This research study aims to demonstrate the importance of the quality of Islamic banking services in achieving the largest number of customers, while seeking to attract funds circulating outside the banking circle.

it has concluded the need to develop Islamic banking work in line with the requirements of individuals and provide contracts compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, with the importance of effective banking marketing for them, in addition to the efforts of these banks to obtain the ISO certificate, with the need to consult the Shariah supervisory board to stay away from usury.
