Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the problem of financing start-ups in Algeria and clarify the main endeavors and actions taken by Algeria to develop new financing mechanisms and formulas.

Algeria is working to create a legal, regulatory and functional framework for emerging institutions through the development of a road map to support and finance these institutions and enable them to play an important role in the national economy, even though they remain substandard and do not reflect the aspirations of decision makers.
