Most of the negotiations in international trade contracts take place within a contractual framework that entails obligations for both parties, and with the possibility of the negotiating parties reversing them, it is necessary to strike a balance between the recognition of the negotiator the freedom to abandon negotiations and break them according to the principle of the power of will, on the one hand, and the obligation to provide legal protection for the other party in accordance with the provisions of contractual and default liability, on the other hand, and in this regard, civil liability plays a positive and effective role in the negotiation stage of international trade contracts, as it greatly contributes to achieving security and reassurance for the negotiating parties.
