Researchers have often touched on the issue of consumer judicial protection and the various types of lawsuits that can pursue before the courts, however with reference to reality, it becomes clear that resorting to the judiciary is an issue that faces many obstacles.

this is what prompts the consumer to waive his right instead of demanding judicial protection for him.

in the face of this problem, it is necessary to look for various solutions and corrective measures that would bring the judiciary closer to the consumer and establish effective judicial protection.

this could be achieved through the introduction of procedural rules that would give a kind of privacy to consumer claims disputes in a way that facilitates consumer access to the judiciary on the one hand, and simplifies his litigation procedures on the other.
