The impact of success factors of knowledge management on the financial performance of economic institutions : a sample study of banks in Algeria

Abstract EN

This research paper aims to know the relationship between knowledge management success factors and financial performance by looking at the relationship between Success factors of Knowledge management and the two financial indicators, the rate of return on ownership and the rate of return on equity, depending on the data collected at the sample of the study sample from active Commercial banks In the Algerian climate environment.

The study concluded to verify this link that there is an intermediate relationship between knowledge management processes and the rate of return on investment, and there is no significant effect between knowledge management processes and the rate of return on equity, but in general there is an influence relationship between the variables of management processes Knowledge on financial performance.
