Abstract EN

In this work we have addressed the topic of ethical leadership where we have tried to examine its impact on job satisfaction due to the importance of these two concepts and their impact on the organization as they will be reflected on performance employees.

In order to study the reality of ethical leadership and job satisfaction, we established an empirical study among employees of the bank "assalam " as a case study through a sample of 73 employees.

Data were collected through a questionnaire which served as a study tool.

The results confirm that the application of ethical leadership has an effect on job satisfaction, but the degree of this effect is below average.

For that, the bank needs to show more attention to the importance of ethical leadership in all its dimensions to consolidate the values of fairness and professional support of subordinates in the bank
