This research aims to determine the legal controls that allow the client to authorize the disclosure of banking secrecy, based on the rule that the exception must be stipulated, and on the other hand, to determine the controls for persons who share client authorization and access to the client's account.

One of the results we recommend is the enactment of an integrated and independent law for the regulation of banking secrecy and its provisions in Algeria, in order to avoid references to controversy and to avoid confusion and ambiguity.
