Most researchers today have turned towards historical studies that depend mainly on highlighting the monographs of regions, villages, and regions that witnessed historical events and facts during a certain period of time, in order to become familiar with the data and data that distinguished each region from the other.

This is due to their essential and effective role as the center of historical events.

On this basis, we have been guided to discuss in this subject aspects of the struggle march of the struggling martyr "Ali Khedim", who is considered among the most important figures who had a clear influence within the circles of the people of Tlemcen, this influence whose features emerged through his struggle work in the ranks of the liberation revolution from 1955 – 1957 and the resulting intensification of military activity, especially since he was watching over the organization of the guerrilla revolutionary cells as the responsible leader inside the city.

The struggler "Ali Khedim" and his companions in the jihad sought to mobilize the struggle activity, which was mainly represented in carrying out guerrilla operations inside the city of Tlemcen, and all this in order to weaken the power of the French enemy and confront it by confronting its colonial plans that aimed to control the Algerian people and subject it to the policy of oppression and abuse This confrontation cost the colonial authorities great material and human losses.
