Abu Bakr al-Sanubari (334 AH) responded to good deeds، himself eager for honest expression، away from flattery and gain.

His most beautiful poetic application was what he wove in lamentation for Ahlu Al-Bait (peace be upon them)، targeting in all of these، through lamentation، an issue he aims at and which expresses the sincerity of the feeling and the great calamity.

The reading in Al-Sanubari’s lamentation، whose plan came according to the three sections of lamentation، showed that: The eulogy: aimed at evoking the virtues and reviving the remembrance.

As for the scar: the aim was to activate the memory to renew the memory of the misfortunes that happened to Ahlu Al-Bait (peace be upon them).

Condolences: Its main goal is to relieve the sad soul by visiting the sights of the honorable family.

This was how Al-Sanubari’s embodiment of the effectiveness of elegiac patterns in recalling the past for the permanence of virtues، through the continuous gap and reminding the greatness of this affliction and venting about it by visiting loved ones to commemorate the memory، documenting all this with poetic texts extracted from the poetry of this great poet.
