Also we study the Algerian through the analysis the indicators of financial inclusion; The study concluded: Both governance and financial inclusion are effective elements in facilitating the proper functioning of the banking system by directing banking services with transparency and accuracy, as governance contributes to achieving financial inclusion, and in the end, the role of each appears in improving and controlling banking operations by raising The performance of banks, which is summed up in increasing the values of bank deposits and reducing banking risks.
