The justice reform included reviewing the legislatves framework and adapting in the international conventions to ensure international standards for a fair trial, in this context, the new amendements to the criminal court under law 17-07 included amending the bsystem of juries, who participate alongside judges in court sessions, deliberation and adjudication of cases criminals who are chosen from the public.

on this basis, the topic of this article deals with important legal amendments made to the participation system jurors, as well a show they participate in the criminal court, and the evaluation of this system.
