In consumer contracts, the professional contractor often sets out contract terms, forcing consumers to accept them without any discussion of their terms, so the legislator deviates from the general rules that recognize the binding force of the contract, and gives the consumer the option to return from the contract unilaterally.

this study will address the option of a return in consumer loan contract and how it is organized by the Algerian legislator to provide real protection to the consumer borrower.
