Security is considered to be one of the most important motivational elements for investors.

this has led the legislator to satisfy the wishes of foreign investors in the way of concluding bilateral agreements with many states to protect foreign investment, as well as to legalize alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration techniques.

in addition to disputes between the state and the foreign investor, disputes may arise between the latter and the national operator operating in the same sector of activity.

in order to ensure a fair settlement of such disputes, the legislator has established an alternative method of resolving these disputes, namely arbitration before independent control authorities.
