so the study examines the energy position within the European security from the structures of the European security temple, and the common security culture, especially as it relates to energy securitization ways, through a security speech directed to formulate the energy security problem.

then the study reaches in the end, at monitor the most important obstacles in the field of both identity and the unified European security discourse, as well as the limits reached by European practices in this field, and therefore, try to explore possible paths to the effectiveness of European energy security.
