In effort to realize the policy of promoting the sector of small and medium enterprises in Algeria, public authorities, in 2018, adopted a set of laws in order to accompany and motivate self-funded micro-enterprises.

the latter become a vital center of local development through their unique characteristics and features, in addition to their need to fiscal support like other enterprises by which the state worked to guarantee their growth according to constitutional amendment of 2016.

the fact that made these motivations a welcomed step to encourage small investors and save enterprises from failure and preventing them from following informal economy.
