The constitutional founder has taken special care of the subject of public rights and freedoms, particularly the right to exercise freedom of association, a right that has been recognized by international declarations and conventions and included in the recent constitutional amendment of 2020 with new additions in article 53, which would enhance the status of associations in general and national associations in particular, as associations have become an effective partner of the state and essentially to promote development in various fields, and to that end the Algerian legislator has long sought to review legislation of the same nature.
