تواجه الجزائر بعد ستين عاما من الاستقلال تحديات و قضايا جيوسياسية و اقتصادية و اجتماعية و تكنولوجية و بيئية كبيرة .
و هذا ما يستلزم إعادة التفكير في نموذج التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بعيدا عن التبعية للمحروقات، من أجل تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المستدام .
يقترح هذا العدد الخاص إتاحة الفرصة للباحثين في العلوم الاجتماعية للعودة إلى هذا الماضي القريب من تاريخ الجزائر لاستخلاص الدروس منه وكدا المساهمة في التفكير المستقبلي في المناهج التي يجب مراعاتها من أجل مواجهة هذه التحديات .
تشكل مسائل التنويع الاقتصادي والإصلاحات الهيكلية الكلية واندماج الجزائر في الاقتصاد الإقليمي و العالمي و الأمن الغذائي و انتقال الطاقة والسياسات الاجتماعية والحد من التفاوتات و رأس الدال البشري و الحوكمة الرشيدة ،أهم التحديات لتحقيق هدا الاقتراب الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي الجديد
Abstract EN
After sixty years of independence, Algeria is faced with major geopolitical, economic, social, technological and environmental challenges and issues.
This encourages us to rethink the model of economic and social development beyond hydrocarbons for sustainable economic growth.
This special issue proposes to offer scientific researchers the opportunity to come back to this recent past in the history of Algeria, to draw lessons from it and above all to contribute to the prospective reflection on the approaches to be considered in order to face up to these challenges.
Economic diversification and macro-structural reforms, the integration of Algeria into the regional and world economy, food security, energy transition, social policies and the reduction of inequalities, human capital and the establishment of good governance are already weaving the fabric of this new economic and social approach.

Après soixante -ans d'indépendance, l'Algérie se retrouve face à des défis et des enjeux géopolitiques, économiques, sociaux, technologiques et environnementaux majeures.
Ce qui incite à repenser le modèle de développement économique et social au-delà des hydrocarbures pour une croissance économique durable.
Ce numéro spécial se propose d'offrir aux chercheurs en sciences de revenir sur ce passé récent de l'histoire de l'Algérie, d'en tirer les enseignements et surtout de contribuer à la réflexion prospective quant aux approches à envisager pour faire face à ces défis.
La diversification économique et les reformes macro-structurelles, l'intégration de l'Algérie dans l'économie régionale et mondiale, la sécurité alimentaire, la transition énergétique, les politiques sociales et la réduction des inégalités, le capital humain et l'instauration de la bonne gouvernance tissent déjà la toile de cette nouvelle approche économique et sociale.
