تقترح سياسة التجديد الزراعي والريفي طريقة جديدة لإدارة القطاع الزراعي و الريفي .
على أساس المسؤولية المشتركة و الشراكة بين الجهات الفاعلة العامة و الخاصة و الجمعيات.
إن إعادة توجيه العمل العام نحو أنماط جديدة للحوكمة يستند إلى مبادئ إشراك و مشاركة جميع الفاعلين المعنيين بتنمية الزراعة و المناطق الريفية.
من أجل أن نكون قادرين على فهم هذه الأساليب الجديدة للتدخل العام، نحن مهتمون بالأدوات المستخدمة في إطار هذه السياسة.
سيسمح لنا هذا النهج القائم على الأدوات بتحليل التغيير الذي تم إجراؤه من حيث العمل العام و النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها
Abstract EN
The Agricultural and Rural Renewal Policy (PRAR) proposes a new way of governing the agricultural and rural sector, based on shared responsibility and partnership between public, private and association actors.
This reorientation of public action towards new modes of governance is based on the principles of involvement and participation of all the actors involved in the development of agriculture and rural areas.
In order to be able to understand these new methods of public intervention, we are interested in the instruments deployed within the framework of this policy.
An instrument-based approach that will allow us to analyze the change made in terms of public action and the results obtained

La politique du renouveau agricole et rural (PRAR) propose une nouvelle manière de gouverner le secteur agricole et rural, fondée sur une responsabilité partagée et un partenariat entre les acteurs publics, privés et associatifs.
Cette réorientation de l'action publique vers de nouveaux modes de gouvernance s'appuie sur les principes d'implication et de participation de l'ensemble des acteurs parties prenantes dans l'action de développement de l'agriculture et des territoires ruraux.
Afin de pouvoir appréhender ces nouvelles modalités d'intervention publique, nous nous intéressons aux instruments déployés dans le cadre de cette politique.
Cette approche par les instrumentsnous permettra d'analyser le changement opéré en matière d'action publique et de résultats obtenus.
