من خلال هذا المقال، حاولنا إلقاء الضوء على أهمية الإقليم في تعزيز العلاقة بين الجامعة و محيطها الاقتصادي كون الجزائر بلد واسع المساحة متنوع التكوينات الجيولوجية، يزخر بالمعادن و الثروات، عن طريق استغلال كل هذا و الاستفادة من القرب الجغرافي، التكنولوجي و التنظيمي لتحقق هذه العلاقة أهدافها لما لمسألة الشراكة بين الجامعة الجزائرية و القطاع الصناعي دور في دفع عجلة النمو.
أما عن المنهج المعتمد فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على إنجاز خرائطيات مختلفة خاصة بتوزيع الجامعات الجزائرية على المستوى الوطني، توزيع الثروات الطبيعية وكذا المناطق الصناعية مع اجراء مقابلات مع أساتذة باحثين وصناعيين لمعرفة أهمية الإقليم في تحقيق هذه الشراكة إضافة إلى تحديد معوقات و متطلبات الشراكة بين الطرفين و توصلت الدراسة على أن العلاقة بين الجامعة و المجتمع بصفة عامة و القطاع الصناعي علاقة متبادلة.
إلا أن الجامعة أو المؤسسة تجد عراقيل في تحقيق الشراكة إن لم يكن لديها علاقات أو لا تستطيع فهم الثقافة السائدة في الإقليم و بالتالي يصبح القرب الجغرافي وحده لا يكفي لتحقيق هذه الشراكة.
وعلى الرغم من هذا فإن الصناعيون يعترفون بأهمية الدور الذي تلعبه الجامعة في البحث والابتكار و أن لها تأثير على الاقليم.
Abstract EN
Through this article, we have tried to focus on the importance of the territory in the consolidation of relations between the university and its economic environment.
Given the role played by the partnership between the Algerian university and the industrial sector in the stimulation of growth, especially in light of the upheavals in the economic field, which becomes directly dependent on the production and exploitation of knowledge.
The study was based on the realization of different maps of Algerian universities, natural resources as well as industrial zones, while conducting interviews with research teachers and industrialists.
The study concluded that there is a relationship between the university and the industrial sector but it is suspicious.
However, the university or the company faces obstacles in achieving the partnership because of its lack of knowledge of the culture prevailing in the territory.
Thus, geographical proximity alone would not be sufficient to achieve this partnership, but also relational proximity between individuals.
This explains the weak relationship between the Algerian university and its economic environment.

Par cet article, nous avons tenté de se focaliser sur l'importance que revêt le territoire dans la consolidation des relations entre l'université et son environnement économique.
Vu le rôle joué par Le partenariat entre l'université algérienne et le secteur industriel dans la stimulation de la croissance, surtout à la lumière des bouleversements dans le domaine économique, qui devient directement tributaire de la production et de l'exploitation de la connaissance.
L'étude s'est basée sur la réalisation de différentes cartographies des universités algériennes, des ressources naturelles ainsi que les zones industrielles, tout en conduisant des entretiens avec des enseignants chercheurs et des industriels.
L'étude a conclu qu'il existe une relation entre l'université et le secteur industriel mais elle est méfiante.
Toutefois, l'université ou l'entreprise ferait face à des obstacles dans l'aboutissement du partenariat en raison de sa méconnaissance de la culture prévalant sur le territoire.
Ainsi, la proximité géographique seule ne suffirait pas à réaliser ce partenariat, mais aussi la proximité relationnelle entre les individus.
Cela explique la faible relation entre l'université algérienne et son environnement économique.
