The aim of the research is to monitor the obstacles to meeting the professional needs of the principals of official languages schools in Dakahlia Governorate, and how to confront them.

The professional needs of the principals of official language schools in Dakahlia Governorate, including: the establishment of an accounting system, in which the educational administration holds the school accountable for the decisions taken and the extent of seriousness in their application and implementation, and the use of quantitative measurement and statistical analysis methods to assess the quality level of professional development programs for principals of public schools of languages, and the establishment of a consultancy committee Technical inside schools, made up of experts from all disciplines to provide principals of public schools of languages with innovative solutions and consultations that enable them to be creative in their job, and to prepare professional development programs for principals of public schools of languages, and to diversify their methods according to modern administrative approaches, so that they are built on the school's vision and objectives.
