However, unstructured communication methods within the organizational and official context can limit the effectiveness of communication planning, which mainly seeks to maintain the continuity of the institution, and therefore the optimization of strategic communication channels depends On a set of mechanisms that are able to make communication a pivotal engine in developing the job performance of organizations.

From this standpoint, the aim of this study is to work on identifying the elements that can make technological vigilance a means of intensive development of the aspects of organizational communication within the institution, regardless of the diversity of its fields and activities.

Talking about technological vigilance requires reference to many scientific and practical variables related to this.
