The main aim of this study is to determine the impact of buffer management on implementation of life cycle sustainability and triple bottom line for effective operational performance.

This study is focused on case study approach.

Questionnaires were used in this study.

Empirical results show that only buffer management has an impact on implementation of life cycle sustainability for effective operational performance in Samsung Egypt, while the rest hypotheses have no impact.

The study is applied in Samsung Egypt.
