Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the nursing students’ attitudes towards the nursing profession and their sense of social stigma, and the statistically significant differences between the attitudes of technical nursing students according to gender, to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher built a scale of the attitude towards nursing profession and social stigma.

the study sample had reached (150) male and female students.

the researcher used Pearson coefficient, and (T) test.

the results revealed that there are positive attitudes towards the nursing profession from males, and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females in the social stigma as the majority were of females.
