Abstract EN

The research dealt with an important issue in the life of every Muslim which is related to the rules of livelihood to reach to all creatures, and titled: “Rules of earning a livelihood with what is mentioned in the Qur'an texts.

” It is well-known that livelihood is one of the things that every person hopes for, and that every soul aspires to, because life is based only on what God has bestowed on his creatures of giving in their lives.

The aim of this research is to clarify the meaning of livelihood, and including it to various matters, and to show the relationship of livelihood with the purposes of Sharia, whether exists or not exists, and to present the rules of livelihood contained in the texts of the Holy Qur'an in particular.

The research also indicated the means of obtaining livelihood, and it showed the close link between the Sharia and the laws of universal life in obtaining livelihood so that the enjoyment of life occurs.

Legitimacy of earning livelihood is mentioned in the research, with the clarification that livelihood is a grant from God, and is accompanied by the striving to obtain it, in light of all of that, by following the analytical approach in the study.

The research plan was divided, according to the followed methodology, into five topics that present the content of the study,
