In light of the current conditions and in light of the severe shortage of Algeria's resources, Algeria seeks to rationalize and rationalize its public expenditures by subjecting them to an effective supervisory apparatus represented in the internal control (the supervision of the financial controller, the control of the public accountant) and the external oversight (the control of the General Inspectorate of Finance, and the control of Accounting Board).
