Abstract EN

This research aims to analyze the causes of financial failure in insurance companies and the most important methods of treating it by addressing the concept of financial failure, its causes and its indicators, we also touched on some failed insurance companies in some countries.

The research concluded several results, the most important of which is that cases of financial failure occur in insurance companies as a result of a combination of internal and external causes which can't generalized to all companies, also there are many methods to treat the financial failure but the manager's competence is what enables him to save the company.
